PAGADIAN CITY – On February 20, 2018 at about 10:00 PM, Personnel of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation of wanted person at Sitio Tipsong, Brgy Ma. Christina Pagadian City that resulted in the arrest of Rolando Sumicad Altoveros, 67 years old, married, male and Jhonny Guillaño Altoveroy, 46 years old, married, male both residing at Sitio Tipsong, Brgy Ma. Christina, Dapitan City. The suspects were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Hilarion Jonathan G. Maagad of MTCC, 9TH Judicial Region, Dapitan City, for the crime of Attempted Homicide with Criminal case number 18101 dated February 13, 2018 with bail bond recommended amounting to Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php 12,000.00) each. The arrested suspect now temporarily detained Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
